Every new years most people set a new years resolution to be healthier and to stop eating chocolate.
So seen as people might not have failed there new years resolution just yet, I thought I’d share my favorite breakfast recipe with you.
Avocado, Salmon and Egg on Rye Bread.
– 1 Egg
– 1/2 Avocado
– 1 Slice of Smoked Salmon
– 1 Slice of Rye Bread
How to make:
First mash up the avocado in a small bowl and put to the side.
Boil a pan of water to prepare to poach the egg.
Then toast the slice of Rye bread and place it on a plate, add the mashed up avocado onto the rye bread then add a sliced of rolled salmon onto the top of the avocado.
Add the egg, cracked, into the boiling water and leave for 3-4 minutes for the egg to poach.
Once poached add on top of the salmon and add a sprinkle of cracked black pepper onto the top.
